Mollie Whuppie uses photographs of clay-like figures in the floating images. This provides a unique sense of texture and animation with relatively strong colors. However, because photo-snapshots were used, integration of text onto the page with the illustration is difficult. As a result, the overall page design is poor with small text and small illustrations that are physically separate, interrupting the line and flow. |
